Set default filters on lists and views to streamline data retrieval. This helps ensure that you start with the most relevant data when accessing different modules or forms. 

Save one or more personalized views for each form to maximize efficiency and ensure consistency in reviewing and entering information.

Use the "Favorites" feature to bookmark frequently accessed forms, functions, or reports. Simply select the star next to the menu item to fill it in and add to your favorites list.

Take advantage of the "Recent Items" feature to quickly access reports or forms you've recently used. This can save time and make navigation more efficient.
